The room was dim and we barely got any sunlight. Plus, the cleanliness was questionable; the sofa bed was stained and smelled awful. It was hard to relax in such an uninviting space.

json{review: The location is ideal for getting around Melbourne, with trams nearby. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was disappointingly slow, impacting my overall experience. The kitchen appliances were rather small, which made cooking a bit challenging, but the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. Housekeeping could improve, though. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2024-08-15}'''

We had a truly memorable stay on holidays.
The staff was lovely and amazing, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location was marvellous, very close to the city center with easy access to convenience stores and a grocery shop.

The room we had included a balcony and netflix. The hotel's location was favourable, right by the Melbourne CBD, and most areas. Had nice dainties at All smiles cafe, located just walking distance from the venue.

The location is super quiet yet close to Marvel Stadium was great. The studio had everything needed for a short stay, including a handy washing machine to keep my gear fresh.
The first room reeked of smoke, baffling given the no-smoking policy-only to be moved to a smaller space afterward. The air conditioning was locked on an automated schedule, forcing us to deal with temperature changes rather than just adjusting it ourselves. Plus, minor amenities like coffee and tea weren't replenished daily unless specifically requested.

Request for extra bedding in advance to avoid unexpected charges during your stay, especially for sofa beds.
