    We had a truly memorable stay on holidays.

    The staff was lovely and amazing, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location was marvellous, very close to the city center with easy access to convenience stores and a grocery shop.

    The spacious room , equipped with a full kitchen and laundry facilities, perfect for our shy teen kids. The BBQ and sun terrace were nice for relaxation, and we enjoyed being close to attractions like the Melbourne Star and SEA LIFE aquarium. Highly recommended!

    The location is super quiet yet close to Marvel Stadium was great. The studio had everything needed for a short stay, including a handy washing machine to keep my gear fresh.

    The first room reeked of smoke, baffling given the no-smoking policy-only to be moved to a smaller space afterward. The air conditioning was locked on an automated schedule, forcing us to deal with temperature changes rather than just adjusting it ourselves. Plus, minor amenities like coffee and tea weren't replenished daily unless specifically requested.

    Had a great stay! The location's perfect, just a short walk to shops and the waterfront. Loved the comfy beds and the handy washer/dryer. Only downside was the toilet leak, but they fixed it fast. Totally coming back!

    The location was super quiet, just a short walk to marvel stadium and shops. Staff surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a view, a nice touch. It had everything we needed for our mini stay.

    would definitely stop here again.

    The two-bedroom executive room was super comfy. It had a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine. Great toiletries provided. Loved the comfy beds and the tv with streaming services. The spa facilities were an awesome way to relax. Nice views from the balcony too.

    great stay with a few hiccups

    The view from my room was fine, overlooking the city skyline. The kitchenette was fully equipped. I appreciated the friendly staff who were helpful upon check-in. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the beautiful sunset view.

    Housekeeping was not consistent with replenishing basic toiletries .

    Comfortable studio, convenient location, with a quick 2-minute walk to the tram stop and a fitness center, made it easy to stay active .
